Zimbabweans are struggling with many health care challenges and women who are fighting breast cancer must struggle to obtain early diagnosis and proper treatment. Organizations including the Rotary Club of Highlands and the Cancer Association of Zimbabwe have launched a campaign to boost awareness that many women are losing the fight against breast cancer because it is often diagnosed too late or due to inadequate treatments. Oncology nurse Thando Ndlela told reporter Sandra Nyaira of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe that the breast cancer crisis in the country is getting worse.
