Zimbabwe Soccer Captain Mwaruwari Starting for Manchester in Vodacom Cup

Zimbabwe Warriors Captain Benjani Mwaruwari will start for his Manchester City Football Club in this weekend’s Vodacom Challenge Cup in South Africa.

Reports had said Mwaruwari might be going back to his former club, Portsmouth. Manchester faces the Orlando Pirates on Saturday and the Kaizer Chiefs on Tuesday.

Recent Kaizer Chiefs’s recruit Thomas Sweswe told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye of VOA's Studio 7 for Zimbabwe he’s honored to play against his national team captain.
